What Information Do We Collect?

We ask you to provide personal details including your name, address, birth date, contact numbers and email address. If paying online you will also be providing credit/debit card details. In addition we require you to fill out a medical form before your first Pilates Private session providing details of your physical condition including illnesses or injuries and also lifestyle information. We may also need to confer with your doctor or other health professional, but will request your written authority to do so beforehand.

During Pilates exercise sessions instructors may take notes that could be observations about any health or injury concerns or your performance of the exercises.

Why do we collect this Information?

The personal and payment details are essential for communication purposes, for scheduling of classes and an efficient payment process. the health details are essential to structure personalized and tailor-made Pilates exercise programs and to assist each client in achieving their Pilates goal/s. The notes taken during private sessions will help the instructors design more individually suitable exercise programs.

How do we use your Personal Information?

As mentioned, basic personal information is required so we can provide an efficient and personalized service. the health information and notes taken during private sessions are used for assessing your exercise needs and capabilities, which allows your instructors to structure programs that will better assist you in achieving your Pilates goal/s.

Security of your Personal Information

Only the owners, staff and instructors of Body Rehab Pilates will have access to your personal information. Body Rehab Pilates respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with any one else without your prior consent. All records of personal details are kept in the online booking software we use MindBody Online and we use the information only for the business purposes of Body Rehab Pilates as described in the policy.

If you make a payment by credit or debit card (whether in person or online), your debit/credit card will be encoded into MindBody Online to ensure safe transfer and storage. Body Rehab Pilates staff can view only the last 4 digits of each card.
