Power Pilates
Pilates+Props Promote spine health, and increased flexibility with the use of props. We utilize resistance bands, light weights, fitness balls, and weighted bars, for all over body toning.
Accelerate
Cardio+Pilates
Increase your heart rate, burn more calories, with the added use of props. Get the benefits of a heightened heart rate, while enjoying Pilates.
Fundamental Pilates
At Body Rehab we are passionate about Pilates. That is why we are offering a Fundamentals class. In Pilates we try to restore our neutral positions to maintain or regain strength and mobility in the most efficient way that is free of injury and pain. You will learn to MOVE WITH AWARENESS.
Fundamentals: Breathing, Pelvic Floor, Rib Cage Connection, Scapular Area and Movement, Head and Cervical Area
(Body Rehab recommends a fundamentals class to anyone who is new to Pilates, and Orbit)
Spring board Pilates
Pilates Springboard designed by Master teacher Ellie Herman provides an invigorating full-body workout. The system of springs attached to the Springboard provides the resistance necessary to build muscular strength and flexibility.
Private / Semi-Private Sessions
Try a Private one-on-one session with one of Body Rehab Pilates Studio knowledgeable instructors who will expertly evaluate your goals and give you the individualized attention you deserve. A 55 minute session tailored to your body's level. In a Private Pilates Session, we will focus on Pilates mat and equipment: the Reformer, Cadillac, Combo Chair, and much more. A Private Session allows a unique whole body experience of discovery and awareness while strengthening, toning and increasing flexibility.
