Our Teachers
Lesa Vigil
Lesa Vigil has been teaching Pilates since 2004. In 2004 she received her mat and standing Pilates teaching certifications from PhysicalMind Institute. In 2006 she began teaching Pilates equipment one-on-ones. She received her Pilates equipment certification in late 2009. Lesa has always been interested in fitness, health and well-being. She received a B.S. in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University. She taught step aerobics for three years at Washington State University while her husband attended graduate school there. Lesa is dedicated to integrating fitness into her everyday life and runs and cycles nearly every day. She encourages her clients to make fitness a part of their lives.
